Originally an old Guernsey farmhouse, the inside of the hotel has been totally refurbished with all the comforts expected of a modern country hotel, while retaining its charm and character. Le Friquet Country Hotel is set in approximately six acres of wonderfully tended and mature gardens, the changing seasons are a delight as they unfold and whenever you visit, you will find our mature and extensive gardens a delight. Beyond the little Beck, over which there two foot bridges, is the swimming pool, sheltered tranquil and heated. We have accomodation to suit most tastes, nineteen rooms and seven self catering apartments. The pool is heated throughout the season and is set in a more secluded part of the extensive gardens where there is ample space for sunbathing. So remember to bring your swimsuit!

One of Guernseys favourite restaurants with the locals, The Falcon Carvery, is right on the hotels doorstep. Fresh locally caught fish and chargrilled meats are a central feature of the menu.
The hotel bar opens at 10.30am and stays open all day for the service of drinks as well as morning coffee and afternoon teas. The bar leads directly out to the patio and onto gardens. Enjoy a leisurely lunch or just bask in the sun.

By Car
From the airport:
- Turn left out of the airport and follow the road until you meet a set of traffic lights.
- At the traffic lights turn left and follow the road to a yellow line.
- At the yellow line go straight on up the hill. Follow the road round and go past a church on your left.
- Go straight on at the fork until you come to another set of traffic lights.
- Turn left at these traffic lights.
- Follow the road until you meet a 3rd set of traffic lights
- Go straight down the hill.
- At the 4th set of traffic lights go straight through and you will be on Rue du Friquet.
- About 180 metres later you will pass Le Friquet Plant Centre on your right.
- After a further 180 metres Le Friquet Hotel will be on your left.
From the harbour:
- From the ferry, follow the exit road to a large roundabout.
- Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout and up the hill.
- Pass the pedestrian traffic lights and continue up the hill (Elizabeth College on the right).
- Go straight on past 3 more sets of traffic lights.
- At the filter (road forks in two) take the right-hand fork.
- Continue (Dog House pub on the left; Safeway sign on the right; St. Pierre Park Hotel on the left).
- At the traffic lights stay in lane and go straight on.
- At the next traffic lights turn right into La Rue Du Friquet.
- The Friquet Plant Centre is on your right.
- Look for the Friquet Hotel sign, turning in on the left opposite 'La Baguette' shop.
