The acclaimed La Alquería de Burguillos is an à la carte restaurant serving traditional Andalusian cuisine, using 100% natural ingredients, including locally grown produce and items from the hotel's own harvest. A varied menu caters for all tastes and palates, with food prepared by the some of the best chefs in the region. The restaurant is open every day from 13:00 to 16:00. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant is also open from 21:00 to 00:00.
