The stay is paid for directly at the hotel, except in hotels that apply special conditions and policies, which may charge upon formalising the booking, anything from 1 night to 100% of the total stay amount.

Your credit card details reach the hotel via a secure server. www.hotelsmadbar.com uses the latest and securest technology on the market, which ciphers personal data and credit card details. The ciphering method used is "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL). Our SSL certificate is issued by Thawte.

We protect our server and our network with firewalls against unauthorised accesses. This is why we can guarantee that it is completely safe to send your credit card details.

Receiving emails in your mailbox

Once the process has finalised, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Please print out this confirmation email and do not forget to present it at reception when you arrive at the hotel.

Sometimes, www.hotelsmadbar.com may send you a quality control email after your stay at the control. If you are not interested in giving us your opinion, please inform us and we will stop sending you this kind of email.
