1. Description of the service

This website has been created and is managed by Madbar Viajes. S.L. (whose commercial name is www.hotelsmadbar.com). We act as intermediaries between hotels and booking centres on the one hand and users on the other to provide our clients with the option of searching and booking hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on the information provided to us by hotels. We do everything in our hands to ensure that the information we provide in this website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is all understandable and free of errors, nor are we liable for any interruptions or information not provided.

The prices we offer on our webpage are very competitive and, unless specified otherwise, are per room per stay. Always look at the section corresponding to the room to find out what is included in the price and what is not.

Important: Always pay special attention to the booking conditions and cancellation policies of each hotel.

2. Privacy

Madbar Viajes, S.L. complies with the highest ethical standards, respecting your privacy at all times. We will not, under any circumstance, provide your personal details to third parties. For further information regarding this issue, read our privacy policy.

3. Credit card guarantee

Hotels need your credit card details in order to guarantee a booking. Your credit card details will be sent directly to the hotel you have booked. When you make a booking you will directly accept an agreement with the hotel of your choice. Nothing will be charged to your credit card, and you will pay directly at the hotel (except where expressly indicated otherwise on the hotel website, those with special conditions and policies, such as for instance non refundable rates, etc.)

We use "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" to cipher the credit card details. Thanks to this system we can guarantee a transaction that is 100% secure.

4. No additional charge

Our service does not imply additional charges. Unlike many other companies, Madbar Viajes, S.L. does not add additional rates to the price of the room.

5. Cancellation

In the event of needing to cancel your stay, please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email. We recommend you carefully read the hotel’s cancellation policy.

If you cancel in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, the cancellation will be free of charge.

If, however, you cancel later than what the hotel has established as the maximum deadline, or if you do not inform the hotel of the cancellation, the hotel may charge you a fee which in most cases is equivalent to the rate for the first night, but which, depending on the conditions and policies, may even amount to the full amount of the stay.

Take into account that you will not have to pay Madbar Viajes, S.L. for any cancellation, whatever the type.

6. Waiver of liability

The website www.hotelsmadbar.com has been created paying maximum attention to detail. Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels, which are therefore responsible for any corrections necessary. Hotels can modify this information at any time, including availability and prices. We are therefore unable to guarantee their accuracy or precision, and we are not responsible for any errors or incorrect information. The user must always check the information provided before acting on the basis of said information.
